About Me

I qualified as a physiotherapist over 25 years ago and achieved an MSc in Health Care Policy and Management. I opened the Kenilworth Physiotherapy Centre in 2007 and following its success, relocated to larger premises in Warwick in 2017.

I previously worked at Warwick Hospital leading the team of Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners (physiotherapists with extended skills and knowledge). This enabled me to establish an excellent relationship with the orthopaedic surgeons.

My Approach

I am APPI qualified to teach Clinical Pilates. I can provide this in a group setting or one-to-one basis.

I am a hands-on physiotherapist, treating all musculoskeletal problems, offering a clear explanation of the problem and how best to treat it. This is supported with advice on self-management approach and home exercises where appropriate.

I have a keen interest in hip and knee replacements and can offer support and guidance to ensure you reach your full post-operative potential.

Regardless of age and ability, I aim to help you understand what's wrong and provide a treatment package tailored to your requirements.
